GF Chocolate Cookie Ingredients

gluten free flour

cocoa powder

caster sugar

brown sugar

butter

egg

lemon juice

xanthan gum

vanilla

baking powder

The dough is easy to make, just cream together the butter and sugar, add the eggs and then the dry ingredients. Make sure the ingredients are at room temperature for best results.
