Easy Mocha Milkshakes

Let's whip up these delicious Mocha Milkshakes in just a few minutes, with 4 simple ingredients!

Here's what you'll need to make the milkshakes. Choose dairy free ingredients if you need to.

You can use your own favourite kind of coffee. I used instant coffee granules, but you can use 1-2 shots of espresso, if you prefer.

Mix the instant coffee with some hot water (or pour your espresso shots). Whisk in the cocoa powder, and set aside to cool.

Scoop the ice cream into a blender jug, and pour in the milk.

Add the cooled coffee and cocoa mixture to the blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Use a lower speed to avoid making the milkshake toooo frothy.

Pour the milkshakes into tall glasses, and top with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder if you like.
