Easy Baileys Mousse

You don't need to be Irish to enjoy deliciously easy Baileys Irish cream chocolate mousse

This Baileys mousse is made with just three ingredients – chocolate, cream and a generous nip of Baileys Irish Cream.

With no eggs and no gelatine, it’s the easiest Baileys mousse you’ll ever make!

To make the Baileys mousse, you'll just pour hot cream over the chocolate to melt it, then mix in the Irish cream and whisk until smooth.

Once the mixture has chilled, whip it until soft peaks form, then spoon into serving glasses or small bowls.

Psst! If you're feeling fancy, you can decorate the glasses using some Bailey's ganache. Chill the glasses to set the ganache before spooning in the mousse.

Serve immediately for a soft, smooth mousse, or chill for a fluffy, set mousse. A dollop of cream and some grated chocolate on top would be lovely.
